Keto Chocolate Chip


These are pretty good. They won’t hold a candle to good ole’ fashioned toll house cookies, but still damn good. The only complaint I really have is that these cookies do not absorb milk when dunking.


  • .33 cup coconut flour (maybe need a little extra depending on moisture content)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • .25 cup coconut oil
  • 9 oz keto chocolate chips
  • 2 each eggs
  • .33 cup peanut butter (almond butter or other nut butters work too. regular butter can be used but makes different texture)
  • .33 cup erythritol (or other no carb sweeteners)
  1. Preheat over to 350. Mix coconut oil, nut butter and sweetener until smooth. add vanilla. add eggs. mix in (try to spread it evenly) baking soda and salt. mix in coconut flour (can use a little more if batter too loose). Add chocolate chips. spoon out and flatten balls onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet (if you spray non stick on tray the bottoms cook too fast, use parchment paper) and bake for 10-12 minutes.
