Keto Cracker

This is probably the reason I have survived Keto so long. Not really a recipe, or a difficult one at all but people need to know the amazing crunchy salty satisfied taste of this. All it really is, is cheese. 

 

 

  • .5 cup cheese (anything other than sharp cheddar contains carbs, keep this in mind, motz has the most, not a lot, but watch it)
  1. Simple. Add 1/2 cup cheese (sharp cheddar for true no carb) to a frying pan. 


  2. cook on medium-high for about 3 minutes each side, The cheese will be ready to flip when it has a nice solid base. (please note, motz cheese will not be as easy to flip. This is a difficult one to do, but if you master doing it the fried motz is a great pizza crust.)


  3. Place on a paper towel and let cool for a minute. The cooling makes it crunchy.


This fried cheese will be a main ingredient in a lot of other recipes I make. Pizza, Calzone, tacos, quesodillas. etc. Master this and your life will be exponentially better. Tip, the softer the cheese, the harder it is to cook. from easiest to hardest… Sharp Cheddar, Mild Cheddar, Mexican blend, Colby/Colby jack, Motz.
